Mama's Rotini

INGREDIENTS:

1 box rotini pasta (you can use the tri-color ones for a fancier look)
8 ounces of deluxe cooked ham, thin sliced and cut into small squares
1 pint of heavy cream
3 full tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:

The most simple, yet delicious, plate for your kids and family. Cook the pasta in a pot based on package's cooking directions. Once ready, quickly drain the pasta into a colander in the sink. Do not rinse the pasta (starch in the water is what helps the sauce adhere). Put the pasta back into the pot and turn off the heat. Add the ham and the cream and stir. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately and ... Buon Appetito!!
